A sewage backup rising in a basement floor drain, repeated backups every time the washer runs, or a foul smell in the yard that won't go away — sewer line problems escalate fast and rarely resolve on their own. Our Palisades sewer team camera-inspects before recommending any repair.
No sewer repair is recommended without first confirming the cause on camera.
Pipe lining can often repair a damaged sewer line without full excavation of your yard or driveway.
Every technician on a sewer job is licensed and insured for underground utility work.
A sewage backup gets priority dispatch since it's both a health concern and an active property damage risk.
From a first-time backup to a sewer line that's collapsed and needs full replacement, we diagnose before recommending the scope of repair.
We record the inspection and can walk you through exactly what the footage shows before recommending anything.
Lining is often viable for cracked or root-damaged pipe that hasn't fully collapsed.
A root-cutting head clears the blockage, then the line is reassessed for structural damage the roots may have caused.
When a section has collapsed or is too damaged for lining, we replace it, minimizing excavation to the affected section where possible.
We prioritize stopping the active backup first, then diagnose the root cause afterward.
Recurring backups on an otherwise sound line often just need scheduled jetting to stay clear.
Describe the symptoms to dispatch — a single backup versus recurring issues changes how the visit is scheduled.
Our Palisades, NY sewer trucks carry both camera and clearing equipment for a single-visit diagnosis.
You'll get a written price for the recommended repair — lining, spot repair, or replacement — before work begins.
We re-inspect after the repair to confirm the line is clear and intact, then back it with a warranty.
"Roots had cracked the line — they showed me the footage and explained lining versus replacement clearly." — Homeowner, Palisades
"Trenchless lining saved us from digging up a driveway we just repaved." — Palisades resident
"Appreciated that they diagnosed before quoting instead of assuming the worst-case repair." — Palisades customer
We serve Palisades proper and nearby Palisades, NY communities for sewer inspection, repair, and replacement.
Camera inspection determines it — a cracked but structurally intact line can often be lined, while a collapsed section needs replacement.
A resin-saturated liner is inserted and cured inside the existing pipe, creating a new interior surface without excavation.
Ask dispatch for current inspection pricing — it's disclosed before scheduling.
Camera inspection usually identifies the specific recurring cause rather than leaving it a mystery.
